Personal Service Plan

Before they arrive, each resident receives an individualized Personal Service Plan to determine which supportive
services are required to meet their health care needs which include but are not limited to:

• Medication assistance
• Personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, incontinence care, etc.)
• Coordination to ancillary services
• Casual dining experience with specialized theme dinners
• Snacks available at all times
• Exercise and wellness program
• Nurse on staff
• Pharmacy service available
• Social, recreational, educational and spiritual activities
• Monthly resident meetings
• Family events and meetings
• Full service Beauty Salon Staff
• Alert call system at bedside and in bathrooms
• Weekly housekeeping
• Laundry and linen services
• Utilities (Excluding cable and phone)
• Maintenance of building and grounds
• Resident/Family Satisfaction Survey
