My brother and I never thought Mom would need to live at an Assisted Living facility but because of poor health and other circumstances, she did. I spent countless hours researching and visiting numerous assisted living facilities throughout New Jersey and Philadelphia. When I walked in the front door of Legacy Gardens of Bristol, it felt like home and this is where Mom should be. Sherri, the Director of Legacy Gardens of Bristol, was so caring, patient and answered all my questions.
My Mom loves being "home" at Legacy Gardens. The care Mom is given, whether it be medical or personal, is exceptional. Mom is always telling me how good the food is and that the staff always makes sure she is included in the activities too. The facility's home-like setting and its amenities are extraordinary. The staff's attentiveness, thoughtfulness, compassion, and understanding of each resident's special needs is outstanding!
There are so many different daily activities available to the residents - my Mom's favorites are bingo and the visiting musicians. The holiday entertainment and decorations are festive times for both the residents as well as visiting family members.
I am so grateful that I came upon Legacy Gardens of Bristol.

My mother has been a resident of Legacy Gardens of Bristol for the past 2 ½ years. When looking for an assisted living facility I visited several in the area and was shocked to find many additional costs on top of the regular monthly fee. I found them to be too large with no really caring services. My mother, while in good health, is 95 years old.
Legacy Gardens was recommended to me by my mother’s physician and the minute I walked in I knew this would be the place that my mother would be happy. It is small enough that she has developed friendships with the other residents. She enjoys the activities that they offer and the staff is warm and caring. They monitor her health and always call me if they have a question or concern. The cost is reasonable and all service are included.
My mother loves her life at Legacy Gardens and I would highly recommend this wonderful facility to all. Many thanks to the staff at Legacy Gardens for the care and love they have given to my mother.
